OnlineDox was launched in 2018 with the simple mission of helping Entrepreneurs easily start and manage their tax filings. From a small 2 member team in 2018 - while remaining bootstrapped and profitable, we grew to a 100+ strong team of employees. Today, we have the privilege of serving over 50,000 loyal, small business customers and over 500,000 platform users. In 2021-22, we raised funding from institutional investors to further our mission globally and serve more customers. The journey continues...

Our Founder
OnlineDox is owned and operated by OD Financial Technologies. OnlineDox is founded and headed by Rajesh Kumar, MBA, CPA. Rajesh has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Computer Science. After completing his Bachelors, Rajesh obtained his MBA in Finance Management from Delhi University, India. Rajesh also has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
After completing his Bachelors and Masters in India in 2015, Rajesh worked with medium size businesses in helping them with tax filing and compliance. In 2017, Rajesh setup a D2C Financial Services Brand. However, Rajesh was unable to obtain the necessary licenses to commence operations. In 2018, Rajesh started OnlineDox to make it easy for Entrepreneurs to start and manage their business in India. From 2018 - 2022, Rajesh scaled the business profitably with no funding to 100 employees across 3 offices and over 50,000 paid customers.
Having bootstrapped a business for 4 years in India, Rajesh emphatically understands the risk and pains faced by millions of small businesses in starting and scaling up their business. Rajesh is passionate about building large platforms and minimizing financial risks for Entrepreneurs.
