OnlineDox is a registered Trust & Corporate Services Provider. As a client availing OnlineDox services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to our fees. A GST e-Invoice and Input Tax Credit will be provided if you provided GSTIN at time of payment. It is the clients responsibility to ensure GSTIN is provided at the time of payment to receive GST Input Tax Credit.

Any additional government fees associated with incorporation or license or trademark services, where applicable, will be notified upfront in the invoice, collected and subsequently remitted to the respective governmental authority.

By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy.

  • OnlineDox's service obligation is considered complete once access to our platform is granted.
  • Accessing our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means is strictly prohibited.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we've created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available".

2. Terms for Ledgers Software

This Privacy Commitment is applicable to personal information and sensitive personal data or information belonging to the customers, potential customers, and other users of the Services of Ledgers IT Services Private Limited.

Customer Information

  • Data about you: name, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, KYC/identity documents
  • Financial data: bank accounts, financial information, payment information
  • Marketing and communications data: your preferences relating to receiving marketing messages

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Request refund within 30 days of payment
  • Cancellation Policy: 20% cancellation fee applies
  • Change of Service: Can be requested after 30 days of purchase

3. Incorporation & Registration Services

  • For bank account services, your details will be shared with a bank of your choice with your consent
  • Up to 4 name options can be provided in one RUN name approval request
  • Statutory Auditor fees are payable on actuals directly to the Auditor
  • OnlineDox provides 2 DSC Hyper Token & support for KYC and DSC shipping
  • Clients are responsible for paying stamp duty which varies by state

4. Intellectual Property Services

  • Prices are for one class - additional classes chargeable extra
  • OnlineDox shall make no recommendations regarding names for trademark filing
  • Client's responsibility to confirm accuracy of information in trademark forms
  • OnlineDox cannot guarantee trademark acceptance or registration
  • Client is responsible for tracking application status on IP INDIA portal

5. Tax & Compliance Services

  • Services based on packages availed by client
  • Final pricing contingent upon GST scheme opted by client
  • CA verification of ITR will incur separate charges
  • Client responsible for verifying accuracy of information in returns
  • Pricing for GST Return, TDS, ITR Return applicable to businesses with turnover up to INR 25 lakhs

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • OnlineDox's service obligation complete once platform access granted
  • Refunds subject to 20% cancellation charge
  • Requests must be made within 60 days of purchase
  • Processing time: 4-5 weeks after receiving all required information

Change of Service

If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change within 7 days of purchase.

Force Majeure

OnlineDox shall not be liable for any cessation, interruption or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.
